Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following are general guidelines for shipping:

  • Rural Shipping: 5-7 Days
  • International Shipping: 10-14 Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries. If you do not see your country or region listed, please contact us at info@sirkuscollective.com to inquire about potential shipping options.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking numb-er will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SirkusCollective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

SirkusCollective is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional fees and delays due to customs processing in your country. Customers are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

SirkusCollective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, SirkusCollective will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
