Returns

    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
    • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
  2. Proof of Purchase:

    • Please let me know what event you made the purchase on or if it was online.

Refunds

  1. Processing:

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  2. Approval:

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
    • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

  1. Conditions:
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sirkuscollective.com

Shipping

  1. Return Shipping Costs:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. Exchanges:

    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
